IIT Delhi offers 2-yr MSc programs in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, and admission to these programs is done through the Joint Admission Test for MSc (JAM).
Donor supported Merit-cum-Means scholarships are awarded to students with family income between 5 and 9 LPA. Students are selected at the time of admission on the basis of their JAM rank and continuation into the 2nd year is contingent on their securing a CGPA of at least 7 in the first year. The scholarship of value Rs 50,000 per annum is for 2 yrs only.
An endowment of Rs 10 lakhs supports one named scholarship in perpetuity.
The donor can choose a name for the scholarship.
